Today is the 41st day of the bloody devastating agression. On April 1, the planned spring draft into the army began in the RF - the authorities don't get tired of repeating that they are not going to send conscripts to Ukraine, although such facts have repeatedly surfaced, and the conscripts were officially returned from Ukraine back. Even in the Kremlin, seems to be obvious that it is easier to admire the imperial power from the sofa in front of TV. There are not so many fools who voluntarily want to go into the tank to burn Ukrainian cities and burn themselves.
Ukrainian military intelligence regularly reports mass dismissals or attempts to dismiss among contract personnel in various Russian military units, including those who committed the Bucha massacre, unfortunately these claims are not confirmed by other sources (the exception is this video statement of Igor Strelkov-Girkin with reference to his own information that a lot of Russian contractors, having learned about the sending of their units to Ukraine, break the contract and categorically refuse to comply with the order, moreover, they are not afraid of either sanctions or threats from their superiors - they even go to court, trying to defend the correctness of this steps). However in Russian press there are a number of evidence about the unwillingness to fight not only in soldier masses, but also among more elite squads of the Russian Guard. In particular, 11 riot cops from Khakassia refused to continue fighting with Ukraine. They were returned to the republic and their superiors are trying to fire them “for negative reasons”, arguing that the fighters must first follow the order, and then appeal its legality. Аt the beginning of 2022, the security forces were announced the start of exercises “in the west of Russia”, and then in Belarus. Journalists claim that the combatants were ordered to bring ammunition with them to suppress protests - shields, batons, etc. Upon arrival, they found that there were no living conditions in the camp, and the authorities did not give them dry rations. After the offensive started on February 24, a column of Khakass riot police began to be “destroyed by Ukrainian troops from heavy weapons and from the air,” and the cops had to flee, as they did not have enough weapons. 12 riot cops from Krasnodar together with commander Farid Chitayev also refused to go to war from exercises in the occupied Crimea, what was ordered to them on February 25. This members of the Russian Guard explained the refusal to execute the order as illegal - none of them was informed about the tasks and conditions of the operation. They were returned to Krasnodar and fired after an internal check. A court session was scheduled for March 29, in which they demand to be fired of their own free will.

Another case with strike of priveleged ones. In occupied Melitopol, military administration tried to start since April 1 school classes according to the Russian program for picture of a return to normal life. But all school directors wrote letters of resignation. "A difficult but absolutely right decision, as a sign of protest and unwillingness to work with the occupiers", said their mayor Ivan Fedorov.
Russian anarchists from Antijob collective launched a new project to help those who face pressure at work for their anti-war position or who are forced to support the invasion. "In Russia, many people oppose the war, and every day there are more and more of them. From the very beginning of the war, we promoted the idea of strikes, sick leaves (so as not to serve the state), and mild sabotage. If workers of the military industry, transport, clothing factories get the opportunity to stop supplying the war, the government will quickly run out of resources to continue it. Grassroots citizen movements cause economic slowdown, which can exhaust the war machine much more efficiently than external sanctions". Now everything depends on the workers' desire not to keep silence!

This Putler swastika monument in Kostroma managed to stand only for three weeks. On the night of yesterday, lay down to rest. Even the inscription that the object was allegedly under voltage did not save it. The suspect has already been detained. Cops claim that at that moment he was intoxicated and acted out of hooligan motives.

In Sevastopol, a couple of days ago, two young people were detained for fight the letter Z on cars - they punctured tires or ripped such stickers off. The police initiated a criminal case under part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code (deliberate destruction or damage to property). Presumably, they were found so quickly because filmed their actions on mobile phones (which were also seized during the search). The phone acts as a tracking device that you voluntarily carry around with you! At the same time, according to our unofficial information, in fact they were captured only for refusing to serve in the Russian army on conscription.
Earlier, on March 16, the governmental Russian media RIA stated that the cops had taken a resident of Sevastopol who attacked an FSB veteran. Before it, information appeared a 70-year-old former employee of the Federal Security Service was beaten by several people, also for Z-swastika on a vehicle. An elderly man was taken to the hospital with injuries and a dislocated leg. "A 36-year-old local resident who hit an elderly man was detained. It was established that the offender went into one of the grocery stores and hit the victim in the face and then disappeared", the press center of the Russian Interior Ministry said, without specifying the attacker's motives. The report notes that the man's house was searched, "a decision will be made in accordance with the law", based on the materials collected.
On March 31, in Moscow, Javid Mamedov from the Socialist Alternative was detained while leaving home for work. The next day, he was arrested for 30 days due to “repeating the rules for holding public actions" - because on March 1, he reposted on Instagram the announcement of March 6 protest rally with the inscription "Silence is war". Earlier, Javid was imprisoned for 7 days for participation in the anti-war campaign.
New acts of the rail war in Belarus. On March 28, signaling, centralization and blocking devices were disabled on the way between Sovietsky stopping points and Vereitsy station. This information was later confirmed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. On the same day, one of the locomotive drivers was detained right in the railway depot in Gomel. Subsequently, the workers union learned that he is arrested by the KGB state securities and placed in their pre-trial detention center. On the night of March 30, on the Savichy-Berezina stretch (Osipovichi-Gomel section), near the Babino stopping point, two relay cabinets were opened, one of them was set on fire. At that time, a patrol group of the Internal Troops was in the forest belt. Patrolmen opened fire from military weapons on the partisans. They managed to escape from persecution.
This spring, Russian young guys will run away from military commissars like never before, and internationalists can only welcome this. We will try to closely monitor the anti-conscription protests and the self-organization arising against this background, for example, of soldiers' mothers. In a couple of weeks, Putler's army may run out of resources for a further offensive. And the next two weeks may be decisive for the outcome of this war in general.
